UNIVERSITY OF BRADFORD – ATRIUM REFURBISHMENT

The project comprised of the internal and external refurbishment and remodelling of the Richmond Building Atrium. The internal works consisted of remodelling the entrance lobby, installation of new screens, relocation of existing doors, general decoration and upgrading works. External works involved the removal of existing steps and replacing with a new ramped access and new retaining wall. Extensive paving works were carried out to facilitate new street furniture and outdoor seating area. Feature landscaping works were undertaken, including balustrade and soft landscaping.
